Just like how I value and respect your time, I expect that you'll be ready for your class at the scheduled time.

​If you cannot make it to class for any reason at all, please let me know at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. I will work with you in getting the session rescheduled. No proper notification means your scheduled session is marked as "Taken" and will be billed to your account. Don't worry, there are no additional fees in missing out on your class.

CLASS CANCELLATION BY STUDENT

The Tutor may cancel the lesson under any circumstances by giving prior notice to the student. Classes canceled by the tutor will be rescheduled at a time agreeable to both parties.

LESSON EXPIRY

All lessons should be completed within the duration of the validity period. A makeup class will be arranged with prior notification and an agreeable time between both parties.

NO-SHOW POLICY

For instances by which the student failed to notify that he/she will not be able to make it to class or on time, this will be considered as a NO-SHOW. Therefore, the class will be considered as taken and the student will be responsible to pay for the tutoring session.

TERMINATION

This tutoring agreement may be terminated or changed by either party 10 days prior to notification. Should the student wish to cancel the remaining hours of the sessions, no refund will be provided however should they decide to use their remaining hours in the future. This will be valid for 60 days from the date of termination.
